Question: I found a price for less somewhere else, can you match it?

There are many companies on the internet and locally that rent linens. Make sure that you work with a company that provides a professional quality product. We professionally launder all of our products in between each and every use. Our company offers you custom quotes based on your needs. You can expect to receive a quality product from us each and every time with no exceptions.

Question: I want to reserve my chair covers and linens, what?s next?

One you have decided what you want, we can help you with the details. To guarantee your date, you will need to place a 50% non-refundable investment down based on your rental quote. All the paperwork can be done via email,  fax or snail mail.

Question: How far in advance do I need to reserve linens for my wedding or special event?

We recommend that you reserve your "date" at least 2 or 3 months prior to your event. While we have an extensive quantity on hand of all of our products, some of them do rent out for specific dates. Therefore, to ensure the color(s) you want are available, we recommend reserving your "date"as soon as possible.

Question: Can I change the quantity of chair covers that I have ordered?

Reserved linens may be adjusted up/down 10% up to three weeks before your wedding. You will be required to sign an updated invoice.

Question: Is there anyway to have someone set them up for us? Is there a charge? If so, how much?

Local set up and tear down is performed if you are in the Sacramento area. The costs vary depending on the time allowed to setup, (smaller window requires additional staff), and distance to the location we are setting up. Fill out our "Request a Quote" form now!

Question: Do we need to clean or iron the items before we return it to your facility?

No, you are not responsible to clean your linens prior to returning to us. You must only remove the food and debris from all chair covers. You must also untie your sashes prior to returning them. We do charge a $30.00 fee for sashes that are returned tied in bows. Food left on the linen will mold. Linens that are returned with Mold and Mildew on them cannot be cleaned and the customer will be required to pay a replacement cost as stated in the contract. Do not place our rental items in plastic bags, they will mold and you will be charged a replacement fee.

Simply fill out the online quote and submit it. We will contact you within 1 business day to go over all the details on your order. This will allow us to make sure that you did not miss anything.

Our staff is here to assist customers via phone Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM. You may leave a message on our recorder at any time. Orders and inquiries are welcome by both phone and email. 

Cancellations

Please be aware that once we reserve an order, other orders are turned away to keep our commitment to you. All investment deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Lost/Damaged Linen

All linen rentals are expected to be returned in the same quantity and condition as they are received in, i.e. no tears, rips, holes, or wax stains. Replacements costs will apply to any linen returned rendered unusable. All linen is double counted by our staff upon return to our warehouse and our count is determined to be the final count. If their is any missing or damaged linen, your credit card will charged full replacement value per item.

Linen Returns

All linens are to be returned per your contract instructions. All lines should be free of food particles and moisture. Damp Linens will result in mildew and therefore will incur a replacement cost.

Payment Methods

Final payments must be paid for in cash or by credit card. Checks are not permitted for final payments. We also accept money orders, certified check, and credit cards. Any check that is returned will incur all and any bank fees resulting from your check. These charges will be charged to the credit card on file. We have the right to cancel your order if you personal check is returned to us for any reason.
